Nairobi and surrounding areas enjoy the fastest delivery (1–3 business days), while upcountry deliveries typically take 3–7 business days. Absolutely. MPESA STK Push is our most popular payment method. At checkout, select MPESA, enter your phone number, and you will receive a prompt directly on your phone. Enter your M-PESA PIN to complete the payment — it takes under 30 seconds. We also accept Visa, Mastercard (via Pesapal), and Cash on Delivery in eligible areas.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with tracking details. You can also track your order at any time by visiting the Track Order page and entering your order number and email address. Registered customers can view all orders and status updates in their My Account dashboard.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and undamaged. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace or refund at no charge. Custom-made and sale items are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

Assembly service is available in Nairobi and major towns. For most orders within Nairobi, basic assembly is included free of charge. For complex assemblies (large wardrobes, bunk beds), there may be a small additional fee. Assembly availability and pricing will be confirmed when our delivery team calls to schedule your delivery.

Nairobi: 1–3 business days. Nairobi suburbs and satellite towns: 2–4 business days. Other major counties (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): 3–5 business days. Remote counties: 5–10 business days. These are estimates — your actual delivery date will be confirmed by our logistics team via SMS and WhatsApp.

Yes! Our showroom is located at Westlands Commercial Centre, Nairobi, open Monday–Friday 8am–6pm and Saturday 9am–5pm. We recommend booking a free consultation appointment so a design specialist can give you dedicated attention. You can also request fabric swatches and finish samples to be posted to you.

Yes, we offer customisation on selected pieces — different fabrics, finishes, dimensions, and colours. Custom orders typically take 4–6 weeks. Contact us via WhatsApp or book a free consultation to discuss your requirements and get a quote.

We accept M-PESA (STK Push), Visa and Mastercard (via Pesapal secure gateway), and Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible areas. COD is available for orders under KES 50,000 in Nairobi and select towns. All online payments are SSL-encrypted and bank-grade secure.

Yes. All Junel Furnitures products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Solid wood pieces carry a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or modifications. Contact us within the warranty period with photos and your order number for a prompt resolution.

Yes. If you are an interior designer, hotelier, property developer, or business owner, you can apply for a B2B trade account. Trade accounts offer special pricing, priority fulfilment, and VAT invoices. Apply through your account settings or contact our business team on WhatsApp.

Yes. We never store your card details. All card transactions are processed by Pesapal, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. M-PESA transactions are handled directly by Safaricom. Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) and your personal data is protected under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019.
